About the University
The University of Veterinary Science (Yezin) was founded in 1957 and initially offered the six-year BVSc program. The institutionโs history includes an upgrade to IAHVS in 1964, relocation to Yezin in 1981, transfer under the Ministry of Livestock and Fisheries in 1994, and a formal renaming to the University of Veterinary Science in 1999.
